  1. We center children first - in decisions, in coaching, while holding hands and while holding feet to the fire.

  2. We prioritize leader development. We are intentional, deliberate, radically candid and exercise strong judgment.

  3. We are exemplars of PEAK Values.

  4. We prioritize being "in the work" and "in the learning" (versus watching it)

  5. We are highly internalized. We zoom in and out, are able to own any communication going to leaders no matter who that communication is coming from, and are able to sit side by side with any leader to support their planning, thinking, action and ownership of RMP policy, direction and vision.
